About Abbie
With almost 20 years of experience of working as a physiotherapist, Abbie Parry BSc (Hons), MCSP has an extensive and unique understanding of the human body. Abbie has been specialising in Women’s Health for over 10 years, earning her in-depth knowledge and expertise in this field.

After a decade living in Australia and working at a prestigious Women’s Health Physiotherapy clinic in Sydney, Abbie returned to Kent and set up a pelvic health service in Sussex for a renowned London physiotherapy company. She has now followed her passion to make this speciality accessible to more women, and set up Sage and Stone with the ambition to provide the highest quality of care for female pelvic health.
Empowering women to take control of their health
Abbie is extremely passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and improve their quality of life. She believes that a thorough understanding of the whole body is essential to be able to effectively treat pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, prolapse and diastasis. In order to do this she fuses her expertise in women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to take into account the influence of the whole body, and apply a unique and holistic approach to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and support they deserve.
Abbie enjoys treating the whole body, but is particularly passionate about about helping women with issues to do with pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period, as well as other issues related to the pelvic floor.

Abbie regularly undertakes additional training courses, including the ConnectTherapyTM series, a revolutionary method developed by Dr Linda-Joy Lee to address and treat each client as a whole, and find the ‘driver’ behind the dysfunction.

Abbie is also a yoga and pilates instructor and qualified acupuncturist, which she uses as part of her treatment where indicated.

Currently living in Kent with her husband, 3 children and dog Marli, Abbie is extremely committed to Sage and Stone and delivering the highest standards of care to her clients.
